Become part of our exciting journey!RoleTechnical Specialist – Implementation & Customer SupportWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire setup process for new customers, including needs analysis, system configuration, training, and ongoing support.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute customer implementation projectsAnalyze customer needs and configure systems accordinglyProvide training and technical support throughout the processTroubleshoot and resolve technical issuesDocument configurations and processesCollaborate closely with project managers, developers, and support teamsMonitor system performance and suggest improvementsLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
