Technical Specialist Implementation & Customer SupportWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire setup process for new customers including needs analysis system configuration training and ongoing support.About the Role:You will ensure a smooth implementation of our hardware and software solutions tailored to each customers needs. The role includes connecting system components based on wiring diagrams and IP plans collecting signals configuring software and providing training and support. You will act as a key link between technical teams and end-users ensuring the system works as intended.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute customer implementation projectsAnalyze customer needs and configure systems accordinglyProvide training and technical support throughout the processTroubleshoot and resolve technical issuesDocument configurations and processesCollaborate closely with project managers developers and support teamsMonitor system performance and suggest improvementsLocation: Dubai United Arab Emirates.
