Job Description
As we dont have a legal entity in the UAE this collaboration will be based on a service agreement between Fronius and the independent Technical Advisor.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProviding technical advice for customers distributors and dealersWelding/technical software commissioning/system integrationOperating and programming robot control units Automation (mainly Cladding & Orbital)Arranging technical training events for distributors dealers and end clients in the regionWelding / electrical / mechanical and software technical installation / commissioning / verification production support creating parameters of mechanized welding systemsCooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with RepresentativeProviding support for complex system configurationsSystem integration on locationInterface between Representative and ESM TechSupport International & AutomationMechanized welding using Fronius system controllers (standard components)Being the first contact point for all service issues from PW from all countries in the Middle East in coordination with Fronius InternationalResponsible for after and presales activities of PWBeing involved in all presales discussions of the big projects for PW the automation systems and roboticsResponsible of all kind of services in regards to automation products and systems as well as robotic welding systemsYou will report directly to the responsible Export Sales Manager for the region.SkillsUnderstanding of welding processes and equipmentAbility to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to welding equipmentExperience in B2B business preferably in the welding or industrial equipment sectorAbility to develop and maintain relationships with key clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to explain complex technical conceptsPresentation skills for demonstrations and client meetingsStrong focus on customer satisfactionAbility to provide aftersales support and handle customer complaints effectivelyAnalytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsUnderstanding of cultural nuances in the Middle EastCertifications in welding technology or engineering (preferred)RequirementsMinimum of 35 years of experience in technical sales preferably in the welding industryElectrical knowledgeProficiency in EnglishKnowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plusProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East regionValid residency status or ability to obtain a work visa for the UAEStrong team player with the ability to work independentlyHigh level of selfmotivation and initiativeValid drivers licenseAre you ready for Fronius Apply online now and become part of the Fronius family!Required ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
