Job Description
Job Description As a District Representative I at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and profit growth through targeted accounts by utilizing a consultative sales approach and building strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include executing system assurance programs that meet customers' key business needs, converting strategic competitive accounts, and selling new technologies to current customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement strong team leadership by coaching and training other District Representatives
- Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within existing customer base and major accounts
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations
- Stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
