To strengthen its regional sales organization, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with proven expertise in conveyor systems and related industrial solutions.As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities, proposing value-driven solutions, and supporting our clients throughout the MENA region. This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between engineering and business, with a proactive mindset and strong network across the industry.Your duties and responsibilities will include:Develop and grow business within the conveyor systems and maintenance services spaceUtilize your existing network in sectors like mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregatesConduct technical site visits, assess reliability performance, and identify pain pointsAnalyze both technical performance data and commercial metrics to drive solution-based sellingPrepare tailored proposals, lead commercial discussions, and close dealsCollaborate closely with our internal technical, service, and engineering teamsMaintain long-term customer relationships and drive satisfactionReporting to the General Manager Sales (Mena Region)To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, maintenance, or reliability related to conveyor systemsIn-depth knowledge of conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoringCustomer relationships in the mining, cement, ports, or heavy industrial sectors in the MENA region is highly desirableProven ability to understand and present both technical solutions and commercial valueStrong communication and negotiation skillsFluency in English is a must; Arabic and French are a strong advantageWillingness to travel across the region as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
