The Technical Sales Leader in International Emerging is responsible for leading our teams of Technical Sales professionals across the Area aligned to enterprise and commercial accounts and to our channel partners.HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:Leading the Technical Sales teams in International Emerging.Working with the Area Vice President of Sales and his leadership team to define and execute on the technical go-to-market plan for the Area.Accountability for the business performance of Cohesitys solution offerings portfolio in International EmergingEnsuring the effective positioning of Cohesitys solution offerings to our customers in International Emerging.Leading the technical engagement with Cohesitys channel partners in International Emerging.Working as part of the International Technical Sales Leadership team to define and execute the technology engagement lifecycle for the Geography.Leveraging Cohesitys global technical community including Technical Sales Engineering and Product Management to support customer and partner engagement in International Emerging.Acting as Cohesitys CTO for International Emerging with direct senior-level engagements with customers partners analysts and the press.WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:At least 5 years experience in a technical leadership roleProven experience managing managers and overseeing a team of 25 employees driving performance engagement and cross-functional collaboration.Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.Degree educated with a preference for BSc/MSc in Computer Science or similar subjectTechnical expertise in IT infrastructure and/or cyber-securityProven track record of leading sales / technical sales successProven ability to lead and manage technical teamsProven ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders effectivelyProven ability to present technical messaging to large and/or critical audiencesPresales leadership experience in an IT vendor similar to Cohesity (i.e. subscription-based software / SaaS)Knowledge of Cohesitys product portfolio and/or those of its competitorsA strong customer and partner network in the International Emerging region with a focus on the customer CTO/CISO communityPress and analyst engagement experienceStrong personal social media or industry brandProject management experienceData Privacy Notice for Job Candidates:For information on personal data processing please see our .Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEOE)Cohesity is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
