Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Flooring & Fit-Out SolutionsLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to support the sales and business development of flooring, fit-out, and interior finishing solutions.Our client is a well-established and recognized contractor in the UAE specializing in flooring, fit-out, and finishing works, serving contractors, developers, and commercial clients across the market.This role is ideal for sales-driven candidates with a technical mindset who are interested in building a career in the construction and finishing industry. Previous experience in flooring or fit-out is an advantage, but not mandatory, as product and project training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction and fit-out sectorMeet contractors, consultants, and project owners to present flooring and finishing solutionsUnderstand client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotationsAssist in preparing and submitting commercial proposals and tendersConduct site visits when required and maintain client follow-upSupport communication between the client and project teams during the sales processBuild long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developersAchieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targetsCandidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates with strong sales motivation and willingness to grow in the construction industry.Preferred qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related rolesExperience in construction, building materials, or fit-out sector is an advantageAbility to understand project requirements and basic technical specificationsStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and client-focused personalityUAE driving license is a plus but not mandatoryCompensation & IncentivesSalary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per monthIn addition, the company offers an attractive performance-based commission structure, allowing successful sales professionals to significantly increase their income.Additional benefits include:High-performance commission incentivesOpportunity to grow within a reputable flooring and fit-out contractor in the UAEExposure to major construction and finishing projectsLong-term career growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
