Job Description
Technical Sales Engineer Internship - KSA What you'll do Develop and manage strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive adhesive product sales and market penetration. Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base within assigned territories and industries. Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customer applications and requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and on-site technical support to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to deliver customized adhesive solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients. Support customers in troubleshooting, application optimization, and problem-solving related to adhesive products. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives in line with business strategy. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and customer workshops to promote adhesive technologies and innovations. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 0-1 years of experience in technical sales, adhesives, chemicals, or industrial solutions (preferred). Strong knowledge of adhesive technologies, applications, and industrial processes. Ability to understand technical specifications, product formulations, and customer application needs. Proficiency in conducting technical product trials and troubleshooting. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and technical documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
