The role focuses on generating and closing fit-out and flooring projects, while also supporting basic operational coordination when required to ensure smooth project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close sales opportunities related to fit-out and flooring worksMeet clients, understand technical and commercial requirements, and propose suitable solutionsPrepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tendersConduct site visits and coordinate with technical and project teamsAssist the operations / project team from time to time with basic coordination, site follow-ups, and client communicationBuild and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developersAchieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)3–4 years of UAE experience in technical salesProven background in fit-out works (mandatory)Flooring industry experience is a strong advantageAbility to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsUAE driving license is preferredCompensation & BenefitsSalary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month, based on experienceCommission: Attractive, performance-based sales commissionOpportunity to grow within a stable, locally established company#J-18808-Ljbffr
