TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER – FIT OUT FLOORING

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer Fit-Out / Flooring Location: Dubai UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in construction-related sales. The role focuses on generating and closing fit-out and flooring projects while also supporting basic operational coordination when required to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Identify develop and close sales opportunities related to fit-out and flooring works Meet clients understand technical and commercial requirements and propose suitable solutions Prepare submit and follow up on quotations proposals and tenders Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical and project teams Assist the operations / project team from time to time with basic coordination site follow-ups and client communication Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants and developers Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical or related discipline) 34 years of UAE experience in technical sales Proven background in fit-out works (mandatory) Flooring industry experience is a strong advantage Ability to read drawings BOQs and technical specifications Strong communication negotiation and coordination skills UAE driving license is preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: AEDper month based on experience Commission: Attractive performance-based sales commission Opportunity to grow within a stable locally established company Key Skills Computer Science,Electrical Engineering,Active Directory,Tcp/IP,OS,Database,Linux,Java,fax server,Troubleshoot,Complex issues,Problem Resolution,hardware,Technical Support,UNIX Experience: years Vacancy: 1
