The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and work closely with the manager to ensure all documentation is accurate and aligns with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation Management:Prepare and manage accurate quotations for projects, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for quotations.Customer InteractionServe as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.Facilitate clear communication between customers and the technical team to ensure understanding of project specifications and requirements.Technical SubmittalsCreate and submit detailed technical documentation for projects, including specifications, drawings, and compliance reports.Ensure all technical submissions align with client requirements and industry standards.Value EngineeringPropose value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.Analyze project specifications to identify opportunities for optimization.Document Preparation SupportAssist the manager in preparing various documents related to project proposals, reports, and presentations.Maintain organized records of all documentation for easy access and reference.Technical SupportProvide technical assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify technical aspects of projects.SkillsJOB SPECIFICATIONS (Requirements)Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.2+ years of experience in a technical support or coordination role.Strong knowledge of industry standards and technical documentation.Special Skills, if any:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software for documentation and design.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
