This role involves defining project strategies, understanding complex business contexts, and driving delivery in fast‑paced environments with evolving scopes and priorities.ResponsibilitiesOversee the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across client engagements.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, forecasts, and status reports.Manage multiple parallel workstreams and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams.Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives.Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, trade‑offs, and rationale.Communicate project status regularly, manage expectations, and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed deadlines and deliverables.Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.Ensure high quality of delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder readouts as needed.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.Collaborate with, mentor, and coach other project managers, contributing to continuous improvement of delivery and agile practices.Qualifications10+ years of experience in project management with IT product‑related deliverables, collaborating with development and/or data teams.Proven experience managing large, complex projects with external clients and multiple parallel workstreams.Strong experience leading and coaching team members.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders and executive stakeholders.High level of proactivity, autonomy, and self‑starter mindset.Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Strong adaptability to changing priorities, project requirements, and stakeholder needs.Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence (required).Strong experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); solid understanding of Waterfall methodologies.PMP certification is a plus.Experience acting as a Product Owner and/or Agile Coach is a strong plus.Experience leading GenAI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering projects is a plus.Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with clients and cross‑functional teams.Our Perks and BenefitsLearning OpportunitiesCertifications in AWS (we are AWS Partners), Databricks, and Snowflake.Access to AI learning paths to stay up to date with the latest technologies.Study plans, courses, and additional certifications tailored to your role.Access to Udemy Business, offering thousands of courses to boost your technical and soft skills.English lessons to support your professional communication.Mentoring and DevelopmentCareer development plans and mentorship programs to help shape your path.Celebrations & SupportSpecial day rewards to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and other personal milestones.Company‑provided equipment.Travel opportunities to attend industry conferences and meet clients.Flexible working options to help you strike the right balance.Other benefits may vary according to your location in LATAM.
