Technical Project Manager

Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of technical projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectivesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to address issues that may ariseCollaborate with technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practicesManage project resources and budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraintsFacilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completionStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross‑functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or JiraPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plusPreferred qualificationsMaster's degree in Project Management or a related fieldExperience in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or KanbanFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologiesStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
