This role is essential for managing end-to-end technical delivery, overseeing migrations, and ensuring seamless enhancements across cloud-based contact center platforms.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical project delivery for Genesys-based contact center programsManage migrations, upgrades, and enhancements for Genesys Cloud and on-prem componentsCoordinate AWS integrations, CRM workflows, and related technical dependenciesDrive Agile/Waterfall project schedules, resource planning, and risk mitigationWork closely with developers, architects, and telecom stakeholders to ensure solution alignmentMaintain project governance artifacts including SoWs, timelines, RACI, and progress reportsEnsure project milestones, quality metrics, and deliverables are achieved within timelinesEngage with business users and vendors to resolve technical issues and align expectationsRequired Qualifications & SkillsProven experience managing technical projects in Contact Center or Genesys environmentsStrong understanding of Genesys Cloud, AWS services, and CRM system integrationsTelecom domain experience (highly preferred)Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor integrations and technical workstreamsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilitiesExperience with requirement gathering, solution validation, and UAT coordinationHands-on technical understanding enabling effective team guidanceNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Genesys Engage or hybrid deploymentsFamiliarity with IVR flows, routing strategies, and conversational AIProject management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM)Understanding of API integrations and cloud-native architecturesExperience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programsRecruitment Pro TipYour application will stand out if you highlight specific Genesys projects, especially migrations to Genesys Cloud, AWS integrations, or telecom-related contact center enhancements—quantifying impact can significantly improve your chances of fast-track selection.#J-18808-Ljbffr
