Job Description of Technical Project ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project success.Key Responsibilities of Technical Project ManagerLead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.Facilitate communication across teams and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.Qualification Required for Technical Project ManagerBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the IT industry.Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.Experience in managing enterprise-level IT projects within the GCC region is an advantage.Company BioSystems Limited is a global leader in next-generation IT services and digital transformation.
