Technical Project Management Director

Job Description As a Technical Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering data & analytics projects across various locations including Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, and Gurgaon. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the roadmap, timelines, and delivery of data engineering work streams by creating end-to-end schedules and managing project timelines in collaboration with engineering management, product management, and business stakeholders. - Leading multiple data-solution programs covering data pipelines, visualizations, data alerts, advanced analytics, and machine learning methods to provide strategic insights and recommendations for leadership and business teams. - Leading the technical delivery, implementation, and business adoption of new scalable and reliable data analytics, and business intelligence solutions for cross-functional teams. - Acting as the custodian of agile and scrum processes to ensure adherence to estimates, schedule, and quality parameters of tasks. - Managing risks and issues to closure and collaborating across teams to work with technology vendors for financial plans, operating plans, vendor onboarding, and continuous monitoring of performance and cost. - Creating presentations based on multiple data sources, deriving insights, recommending actions, and planning their execution effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - 9 to 14 years of experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 5 years in managing technology programs as a program manager. - Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level ETL/Data-warehouse specific products/projects and experience in developing data solutions using data engineering methods, along with working knowledge of SQL. - At least 2 years of experience in running projects on AWS/GCP or Azure data platforms. - Proficiency in Project Management, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Analytics, Cloud Platform, Programming, Architecture, Solutioning, Design, and DevOps.
