The primary function of this role is to act as an experienced servant leader and Agile coach for cross functional Datacenter teams within Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment team that is based in UAE. This role enables teams delivering Data Center solutions to operate effectively using Scrum, accelerating value delivery while maintaining Eaton’s high standards for safety, quality, compliance, and reliability. Operating in a global, matrixed environment, the Scrum Master partners closely with Research and Development, Product Owners, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to remove impediments, reinforce Agile discipline, and support Eaton’s broader Data Center growth strategy.What you’ll doScrum & Agile FacilitationServe as Scrum Master for one or more Data Center Teams, or solution teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum events, roles, and artifacts in alignment with Eaton’s Scrum framework.Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering transparency, focus, and continuous improvement.Coach teams on Agile principles, self management, and cross functional collaboration.Impediment Removal & Flow OptimizationProactively identify and remove delivery impediments, including dependencies across engineering, testing, UL compliance, manufacturing, and supply chain partners.Partner with leaders and stakeholders to escalate and resolve systemic issues impacting team flow and predictability.Product & Stakeholder PartnershipSupport Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment to Global Data Center Segment objectives, including safety, scalability, and reliability expectations.Act as a bridge between technical teams and global stakeholders, enabling clear communication and shared understanding of delivery commitments.Metrics & Continuous ImprovementPromote the use of Agile metrics (e.g., throughput, predictability, sprint goals) to enable data driven improvement without fostering a command and control culture.Reinforce Kaizen and continuous improvement practices aligned with Eaton’s Continuous Improvement System.Scaling & Enterprise AgilitySupport coordination across multiple teams or workstreams contributing to Gray Space UL deliverables.Contribute to broader Agile maturity and ways of working improvements across the Global Data Center organization, consistent with Eaton’s global operating modelQualificationsStrong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles, with demonstrated ability to apply them pragmatically in enterprise settings.Experience working with the data center or IT industry at senior levels.Experience working with cross functional global teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations.Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.SkillsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) preferred.Experience supporting data centers, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or regulated product development preferred.Familiarity with UL certification processes or safety‑critical product development.Experience operating within large, global enterprises.What We Offer YouBeing part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industryAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition systemOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
