About the job Technical Product SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Own and manage the digital product roadmap from a technical and operational lens.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into structured user stories and technical briefs.Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution in collaboration with developers.Review pull requests and development progress to ensure alignment with business needs.Supervise the technical support team and ensure high service quality and proper issue escalation.Prioritize development tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and operational impact.Collaborate with external tech vendors or integration partners when required.Maintain up-to-date documentation for product features, releases, and workflows.Support improvements in user experience and operational system efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a product, technical coordination, or tech operations role.Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs.Proven ability to document business and technical requirements clearly and efficiently.Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.Prior experience in digital platforms, subscription-based businesses, or food tech is a plus.Notes:This is a non-coding role but requires high technical literacy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
