Job Description: Technical Product Owner – Brokerage & WealthExperience – 10 plus yearsLocation – Abu DhabiRole SummaryThe Technical Product Owner will lead the vision, delivery, and continuous enhancement of client digital Brokerage & Wealth platforms. The role requires a blend of business understanding, strong technical capability, and experience with digital investment journeys including onboarding, trading, portfolio management, and custody processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product roadmap for Wealth & Brokerage digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with technology, architecture, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to define and validate technical solutions for trading and wealth platforms (e.g., order management, execution, custody, and market data).Oversee end‑to‑end delivery through Agile sprints, ensuring high‑quality releases and platform stability.Collaborate with Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, and Digital Channels teams to improve client journeys across onboarding, suitability, portfolio review, and trading.Support integration with third‑party brokers, OMS/PMS platforms, and market data providers, as referenced in brokerage RFP and digital wealth initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and regulatory standards across all Wealth & Brokerage services.SkillsRequired Experience & Skills10 plus years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis within Wealth Management, Brokerage, Digital Trading, or FinTech environments.Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle, including client onboarding, suitability, order placement, trade execution, clearing, settlement, and corporate actions.Technical proficiency in API‑based integrations, microservices, data flows, and platform architecture.Proven experience working with external vendors for trading, custody, or portfolio management solutions.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with digital wealth transformation programs similar to ADCB’s Wealth Digital Proposition initiatives.Knowledge of trading platforms, OMS/PMS, or global brokerage integrations.Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, Agile/Scrum.#J-18808-Ljbffr
