This role sits at the intersection of Data Science, Engineering, and Business, transforming the Bank's Generative AI strategy into scalable, secure, and high-impact products. You will own the product roadmap and agile execution for squads focused on LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise ML platforms. Success in this role requires a deep technical understanding of AI evaluation and observability combined with the commercial acumen to drive ROI and continuous improvement across the Bank's digital and operational value streams.ResponsibilitiesTranslating the enterprise Generative AI strategy into actionable technical roadmaps, backlogs, and engineering-ready capabilitiesActing as the Product Owner for AI squads, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement in Jira, and removing blockers to maintain high delivery velocityDefining and implementing robust frameworks for evaluating LLMs and agentic workflows, ensuring AI outputs are transparent, explainable, and high-performingLeading the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from rapid prototyping and feasibility assessment to production monitoring and iterative improvementServing as the primary liaison between technical squads and business units, narrating complex AI capabilities as compelling business value propositionsEnsuring all AI products align with ADCB's ethical principles, compliance standards, and enterprise-grade security requirementsAs an AI consultancy, our greatest asset is the expertise of our people.While technical mastery is the foundation of what we do, the ability to bridge the gap between complex data science and actionable business value is what defines your success with DeepLight.We're looking for individuals who are not only world‑class in their fields of specialism, but also compelling communicators and persuasive advocates for their own skills.You will be the face of our firm, tasked with building trust, articulating the "why" behind your technical decisions, and effectively "selling" your vision to high‑level stakeholders.If you thrive on the challenge of presenting cutting‑edge solutions as much as you do on building them, you will fit right in.RequirementsA minimum of 7 years in Product Management, specifically focused on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale technology solutionsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
