We bridge the gap between technical execution and client success through strategic project coordination and seamless delivery management.The RoleWe are seeking a technically-grounded project coordinator who can manage the full lifecycle of client engagements—from proposal development through delivery and handover. This is NOT a traditional Product Owner role focused on sprints and backlogs. Instead, you\'ll be the strategic liaison between our technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Strategy: Lead requirement gathering and discovery sessions with new and existing clients; develop compelling proposals and product strategy plans aligned with client objectives; manage client onboarding processes including kick-off meetings and project scheduling; act as primary account manager for assigned client portfolio.Project Coordination & Delivery: Coordinate across development teams to ensure project milestones are met; facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and project handovers; maintain clear communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders; document project requirements, decisions, and outcomes.Strategic Planning: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning; identify opportunities for scope expansion or additional client projects; provide input on technical feasibility and implementation approaches.What We\'re Looking ForTechnical Foundation (Essential)2-3 years of experience in technology/software projects (development, QA, technical support, or implementation)Understanding of API development, software development lifecycle, and technical architecturesAbility to discuss technical concepts with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable reviewing technical documentation and system designsProject & Client ManagementExperience in requirement gathering, discovery, and documentationStrong proposal writing or technical documentation skillsClient-facing experience with proven ability to build relationshipsScheduling and coordination skills across multiple stakeholdersMindset & ApproachStrategic thinker who can see the bigger picture beyond individual featuresExcellent communicator who can translate between technical and business languageSelf-starter comfortable managing multiple client accountsOrganized with strong attention to detailWhat We OfferOpportunity to work across diverse API and technology projects.
