Join a technically driven team that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement, where your planning decisions directly impact project performance and successful delivery.Your RoleReporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing the full MEP execution strategy from tender stage through project initiation, ensuring the project scope is translated into a logical, risk-controlled and monitorable programme.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert drawings and specifications into logical sequencing and execution strategyPrepare execution methodology and presentation for client/post-tender meetingsDevelop engineering deliverables schedule (drawings, material submittals, method statements)Monitoring & AnalysisPerform delay analysis and variance trackingMaintain constraint register and highlight critical risksConduct probabilistic completion analysis and forecastingTrack site productivity and identify corrective actionsProcurement & CoordinationSetup long-lead material trackers and priority matricesDevelop labour histogram and staff loading scheduleCoordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teamsSupport EOT and claims preparation with planning analysisReporting & ToolsProduce progress, risk and performance reportsPrepare client presentations (PPT)Setup project trackers and initialization reportsWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 6+ years MEP planning experienceStrong experience developing baseline programme (not only updates)Advanced Excel and reporting skillsStrong analytical and presentation skillsAble to work under pressure and tight deadlinesHighly PreferredPower BI, Navisworks, or BIM-linked planning exposureExperience presenting programme to clientsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you understand MEP sequencing - not just software - we want to hear from you.Apply now and help us plan projects the right way from day one.#J-18808-Ljbffr
