Technical Office Engineer

Job DescriptionThe Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing all technical documents related to swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna projects. This includes shop drawings, specifications, technical calculations, and submittals. The role requires close coordination with design, site, and supplier teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements and approved standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review shop drawings for swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna systemsStudy architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and ensure proper coordination between disciplinesPrepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and material schedules for projectsReview and approve datasheets, catalogs, and technical certificates submitted by suppliersPrepare and follow up on RFIs with consultants and clientsProvide technical support to site teams and resolve technical issues during executionMonitor and implement technical revisions and variations, updating documents accordinglyCoordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to select suitable equipment in line with approved specificationsEnsure all works comply with project specifications and local/international standardsPrepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation for all project recordsAttend and participate in technical coordination meetings with all project stakeholdersRequired QualificationsDate: 5-FEB-2026Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or equivalent)Minimum (3) years of experience in swimming pool, jacuzzi, or sauna projectsGood knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, filters, heating systems, and waterproofing worksRequired SkillsStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsProficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)Good knowledge of technical specifications and standards related to pool and spa systemsExcellent communication and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work under pressureStrong organizational and time-management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
