TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER

ResponsibilitiesPrepare review and coordinate the submission of joinery drawings ensuring compliance with project specifications.Develop and coordinate polystyrene layout drawings for site installations.Oversee and manage the movement joint package to ensure alignment with structural and architectural requirements.Handle technical documentation and resubmissions related to elevator installations.Prepare drawings for Field Change Requests (FCR) and Requests for Information (RFI) to support project.Coordinate and manage Siemens exposed conduits across the project site.Develop layouts and ensure proper coordination for core wall exposed conduits.Assist with blockwork and elevation overlay exercises in workshops to ensure accuracy and constructability.QualificationsBachelors degree in engineeringPrior experience in a contracting company within the GCC is mandatory ideally in the UAE.Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit (preferred) and other relevant engineering software.Strong capability to handle coordination between multiple disciplines including MEP structural and architectural teams.Familiarity with construction methodologies technical submittals and local regulations.Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.Vertical: Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
