Technical Material Planning Coordinator (18 months Contract)

About the roleYou will be responsible for planning and coordination of material requirement to support all scheduled, non-scheduled and cabin maintenance activities of all the company's fleet. This includes initial provisioning, material requirement planning to support all modification/cabin reconfiguration/ad-hoc maintenance requirement, business process review, KPI development and management. An important element of the job function is also to maintain system data integrity, and accuracy of data used in all stock model and inventory optimization process.Key part of the tasks include:Continuously evaluate processes and systems to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide inventory-related metrics and insights to support management decision-makingSet and maintain service standards and performance targetsAnalyze business processes and performance metrics to align with industry best practicesPerform cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarkingDesign and implement automated simulations to assess changes in inventory calculation methods and proceduresCollaborate with purchasing, repair, and contract teams to optimize business solutionsActively engage in RFI/RFT/RFP processes to support procurement strategiesAbout youMinimum qualification of High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent is essential.4+ years of job-related experienceFamiliar with aircraft technical publications and provisioning data.Good communicator and capable of handling multi tasksAbility to work under pressure and without immediate supervision.Strong interpersonal & negotiation skill,Hands-on experience on different MRO ERP systems, preferably on TRAXGood command of English languageSpecial IT SkillExcellent in setting inventory KPIs and defining performance metrics (e.g., service level, inventory turns)Good knowledge and hands-on experience with MRO/Airline ERP systemsStrong IT skills in data extraction, cleansing, and visualization using tools like Power BI and TableauAdvanced Excel skills, data validation, power query, VBAProficient in Oracle SQL and basic to intermediate SQL for querying large datasetsCapable of acquiring and customizing data from various sourcesAbility to build interactive dashboards, templates, and dynamic reportsExperience in developing data models and simulation tools to improve operational efficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
