This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring plant efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all technical aspects of the power plant operationsEnsure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipmentOversee maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and technical supportEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellenceProvide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teamsRequirementsProven experience in a large Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plantStrong background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M)Experience working with GE heavy-duty gas turbines (F Class and above) is highly preferredExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong knowledge of power plant systems, safety standards, and best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
