Technical Manager – Civil (Super High-Rise Towers)Company Type: Main Contractor / General ContractingWe are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager – Civil to join our team for a prestigious Super High-Rise Towers project currently under development.Project Profile:Super High-Rise Towers (45+ floors)Large-scale, high-profile construction projectMandatory Requirements (Strict Criteria):Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory – Architecture graduates will not be considered)Minimum 8+ years of experience strictly within contracting & construction companiesMust be currently based in the UAEProven experience in Super High-Rise Towers (minimum 45 floors)Direct involvement in at least 20 high-rise tower projectsSolid background in construction-stage technical managementCandidates with pure consultancy background will not be consideredAdditional Note:⚠️ Although the role is Civil-based, candidates must have strong hands‑on exposure to architectural works and coordination, with proven capability to manage architectural interfaces effectively on site.Technical & Professional Expertise:Full command of construction drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawingsStrong experience in technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals, and approvalsAbility to lead technical coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teamsDeep understanding of construction sequencing, buildability, and site execution constraintsProven experience coordinating Civil & Architectural works with MEP, façade, and other tradesFamiliar with UAE authority requirements, technical correspondence, and approval workflowsManagerial Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for technical control and compliance of the projectSupporting the project team in technical problem‑solving and decision‑makingEnsuring all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirementsLeading and mentoring technical engineers and coordinators on sitePreferred Certifications & Professional Memberships:PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)Membership with Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) is an advantageDubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License is a strong advantageAny additional construction or technical management certifications will be considered a plusKey Attributes:Strong technical judgment with a practical, site‑oriented mindsetExcellent problem‑solving and coordination skillsDetail‑oriented with strong documentation controlAble to work under pressure on fast‑track, high‑value projectsExcellent command of English (Arabic is Prefer)Important Note:Only candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered#J-18808-Ljbffr
