Technical Manager – Events & EntertainmentWe are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Audio, Video & Lighting to lead and manage technical operations for large-scale live events, concerts, exhibitions, and entertainment productions in Riyadh.The role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can ensure flawless execution, high production standards, and operational safety while working closely with clients, production teams, and vendors in a fast‑paced events environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee audio, video, and lighting operations for live events, concerts, and entertainment productions.Manage and supervise technical teams, ensuring efficient deployment, coordination, and performance on‑site.Plan, install, and monitor AV systems, lighting rigs, video walls, and show control systems.Conduct technical rehearsals, testing, and quality checks before and during events.Coordinate with event producers, project managers, artists’ teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.Ensure all technical operations comply with safety standards, venue regulations, and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during live shows to minimize disruption.Maintain equipment inventory, technical documentation, and operational procedures.Adapt effectively to high‑pressure, live‑event environments with tight timelines and changing requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Event Technology, or a related field (preferred).5–7+ years of experience in technical management within events, live entertainment, concerts, or large productions.Strong expertise in professional audio systems, lighting consoles, video systems, and live‑event technologies.Proven team leadership and on‑site event management experience.Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills.Comfortable working flexible hours, event schedules, and under live‑event pressure.Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for events.Return airfare / flight ticketsFully furnished accommodationTransportation support / company vehicleLocal SIM cardOpportunity to work on high‑profile events and major entertainment projects in KSAWhy Join Us?Be part of Riyadh’s growing entertainment and live‑events ecosystemWork on large‑scale, high‑visibility productionsExposure to international standards, artists, and production teamsStable full‑time role with a competitive package and strong benefitsDo you have 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing audio, video, and lighting for live events or entertainment productions?
