Technical Manager

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Technical Manager (Tender & Technical Proposal) responsible for leading the preparation of technical proposals for major infrastructure and civil engineering projects. The role will focus on technical tender documentation, construction methodology preparation, and coordination with various departments to ensure high-quality and competitive submissions.RequirementsLead the preparation of technical proposals for infrastructure and civil engineering tenders.Develop construction methodologies, technical approaches, and work plans in line with project requirements.Coordinate with planning, QAQC, HSE, Procurement teams to gather technical inputs for tender submissions.Review tender documents and identify technical requirements, risks, and key construction challenges.Prepare method statements, construction schemes, and technical narratives for tender submissions.Organize and manage the preparation of drawings, schedules, and other technical supporting documents.Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to obtain necessary technical information.Ensure all technical submissions comply with client requirements, specifications, and relevant standards.Provide technical support to the bidding team during clarification and negotiation stages.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.Proven experience in preparing technical proposals and tender submissions.Familiar with construction methodology development for large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong technical writing and coordination skills.If you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, send an Email to careers_cscib@cscec.ae#J-18808-Ljbffr
