Job Description

Professional are responsible for identifying, analysing, and relating business demands. Your responsibilities include aligning priorities, planning and actions to the overall business objectives. And involve business stakeholders. You will share and communicate knowledge and innovation. You have knowledge of the fundamentals of the Semco business model and the value chain.Project Execution support: Approx. 75% of working hoursClient Liaison: Act as the local point of contact for existing clients in Doha, ensuring effective communication and addressing technical queries or issues.Technical Coordination: Facilitate technical discussions and meetings between clients and internal technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.Project Oversight: Monitor project progress and be a part of all technical aspect’s completion on time and within scope, addressing any issues that arise promptly.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, project updates, etc.Coordination Support: Approx. 20% of working hoursFeedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuing respectful and effective communication.Sales support: Approx. 10% of working hoursRelationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current clients and potential clients, including ECP contractors and Oil & Gas operators.Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by understanding client needs and promoting relevant services and solutions.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the telecommunications and Oil & Gas sectors to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.Personality:Excellent Communicator: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.Proactive and Initiative-Taking: able to anticipates client needs and takes the initiative to address issues before they escalation.Problem Solver: Naturally think critically and creatively to resolve technical and relational challenges.Meticulous: Pays close attention to ensure accuracy in documentation and communication.Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing circumstances and client demands, with flexibility in approach and mindset.Culturally Sensitive: High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly important in a diverse environment like Qatar.Empathetic: Shows empathy and understanding towards client concerns, fostering trust and strong relationships.Skills:Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Oil & Gas sector.Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating terms and resolving conflicts in a way that benefits both the client and Semco.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical information and convey it in a clear and concise manner.Business Understanding: Know of business development processes and the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.Qualification:Bachelor degree in Electronic or IT engineering.
