Technical Foreman Site Supervisor

JOB DETAILS: TECHNICAL FOREMAN-SITE SUPERVISORWe are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans Making & maintaining a team of Masons Carpenters Painters Helpers and Other Site Workers Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget In-depth knowledge of construction procedures equipments cost estimates & evaluations Ability to read & execute drawings plans and blueprints Site supervision & fit out execution Liaise with clients contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the projectConstruction Foreman requirements Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience Excellent knowledge of industry construction operations techniques equipments tools & materials Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade.Job Type: Full-time PermanentSalary: Up to AED 5000/- per month plus Accommodation Transportation Visa & InsuranceLanguage Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi English & Arabic will be advantageUAE Available candidates CV WHATSAPP to or send Email at or before 25th Dec 2025 Key Skills Heavy Equipments,Construction site,Safety Hazards,Safety Rules,Windows,Project managements,Access Control,Sub-Contractors,Supervisory personnel,OSHA,Site Safety,Building,Layouts,Quality Standards Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
