The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.Job ResponsibilitiesEnhance the overall experience of customers with the Marketplace platform before the implementation of new services through the following:Detailed profiles of different customer segments, including demographics, behaviors, needs, and preferences.Analysis of customer feedback collected through surveys, reviews, and other channels.Reports highlighting key themes, trends, and areas for improvement based on customer feedback.Actionable plans for addressing identified issues and enhancing various aspects of the customer experience.Definitions and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES).Design of new or improved service experiences, including prototypes or pilot programs.Strategies and programs designed to enhance customer retention and build long-term loyalty.Documentation of best practices and guidelines for delivering exceptional customer experiences.QualificationsArabic SpeakerProven Experience with SAP HybrisProven Experience with SAP s/4 HANABenefits12-month renewable contractOpportunity to work onsite with a reputable client in Riyadh, KSAIndividual medical insurance coverage#J-18808-Ljbffr
