From electrical systems to long-term maintenance, we focus on technical reliability and sustainable performance - supported by an inclusive and skilled team with a passion for engineering excellence.Why Join Us?As a Technical Engineer (MEP) at ALEMCO, you will play a key role in ensuring engineering accuracy and technical compliance across project lifecycle stages — from design coordination to installation and handover.Join a technically driven team that values engineering precision, structured processes, and professional growth — where your expertise directly contributes to safe and successful project delivery.Your RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting technical coordination, reviewing engineering deliverables, and ensuring MEP works are executed in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Technical CoordinationReview MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure technical complianceCoordinate with consultants and subcontractors for drawing approvalsPrepare and review technical submittals, material approvals, and compliance matricesSupport method statement preparation and technical documentationDesign & Site InterfaceAssist in resolving technical clashes and interface issuesSupport BIM coordination and interdisciplinary alignmentConduct site inspections to ensure installation aligns with approved drawingsMonitor technical deviations and implement corrective actionsProcurement & Material SupportProvide technical evaluation of vendors and materialsSupport procurement team with technical clarificationsEnsure long-lead items are technically aligned with project requirementsSupport pre-commissioning and commissioning activitiesEnsure systems comply with performance specificationsAssist in preparation of as-built documentation and O&M manualsReporting & DocumentationMaintain technical logs, trackers, and engineering registersPrepare technical reports and progress updatesSupport client meetings with engineering presentations where requiredWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 4–8 years’ MEP engineering experienceStrong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, Firefighting)Experience reviewing technical submittals and compliance documentsGood knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordinationProficient in AutoCAD and MS OfficeExposure to BIM coordination (Navisworks/Revit preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work in fast-track project environmentsHighly PreferredExperience in data centre, infrastructure, or large commercial projectsExposure to commissioning processesExperience working with consultant-driven projectsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you understand MEP systems beyond drawings - and can ensure technical compliance from design to handover - we want to hear from you.Apply now and help us plan projects the right way from day one.#J-18808-Ljbffr
