GENERAL OBLIGATIONSThe below General Obligations are for all Studios Staff:As a representative of Studio 360 should maintain the integrity and sprit of the organization.Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectually to the organizational needs. And if leading a meeting minute and share the notes as per set procedures immediately and follow up till task completion.Should adhere to all studio manuals procedures and protocols.Always deliver high quality output/standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.Assist LDP(Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studios Vision as set by Board/Investors.To be highly organized self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skillsIs required to devote himself/herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during the working hours and if required beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables an its status.Flag the risks of delays cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment its known.While going on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables which affects our/client business needs.
