The role focuses on evaluating scalability, governance, integration readiness, and technology maturity to support business growth and transformation initiatives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Analyze the design, flexibility, and scalability of core systems</li><li>Review dependencies on third-party solutions and integration layers</li><li>Assess the platform's ability to support growing transaction volumes and user demand</li><li>Evaluate system performance indicators such as availability, response time, and processing capacity</li><li>Highlight bottlenecks and areas of technical inefficiency</li><li>Review data architecture including storage, processing, and security measures</li><li>Assess data quality frameworks, reporting capabilities, and compliance with regulatory standards</li><li>Evaluate credit scoring tools, decision automation, and monitoring practices</li><li>Identify risks related to model drift, bias, and data inconsistencies</li><li>Review development methodologies (Agile/DevOps) and release management practices</li><li>Assess the feasibility of product roadmaps and maturity of engineering functions</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</li><li>8+ years of experience in IT consulting, architecture, or technology assessment</li><li>Strong experience in financial services, lending, or fintech environments</li><li>Expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks</li><li>Experience with data governance, analytics, and credit decisioning systems</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience in IT due diligence or technology audits</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul><p>Vertical<br/>Technology</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
