Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment of IT systems, architecture, and operational readiness for a lending/financial services environment. The role focuses on evaluating scalability, governance, integration readiness, and technology maturity to support business growth and transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the design, flexibility, and scalability of core systemsReview dependencies on third-party solutions and integration layersAssess the platform's ability to support growing transaction volumes and user demandEvaluate system performance indicators such as availability, response time, and processing capacityHighlight bottlenecks and areas of technical inefficiencyReview data architecture including storage, processing, and security measuresAssess data quality frameworks, reporting capabilities, and compliance with regulatory standardsEvaluate credit scoring tools, decision automation, and monitoring practicesIdentify risks related to model drift, bias, and data inconsistenciesReview development methodologies (Agile/DevOps) and release management practicesAssess the feasibility of product roadmaps and maturity of engineering functionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field8+ years of experience in IT consulting, architecture, or technology assessmentStrong experience in financial services, lending, or fintech environmentsExpertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, and integration frameworksExperience with data governance, analytics, and credit decisioning systemsFamiliarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practicesPreferred SkillsExperience in IT due diligence or technology auditsKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial servicesStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsVerticalTechnology#J-18808-Ljbffr
