Technical Director

<div><p>JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead the technical aspects of our prestigious hospitality and mixed‑use developments. The ideal candidate will oversee multidisciplinary design coordination, ensure adherence to technical standards, and provide strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle from concept to completion.</p><p>In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative, buildable, and high‑quality projects that meet regulatory and brand requirements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide technical leadership across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines for large‑scale hospitality, residential, and retail projects.</li><li>Oversee the technical development and integration of multidisciplinary design packages ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes and international standards.</li><li>Lead design reviews, resolve technical challenges, and maintain rigorous quality assurance throughout design, procurement, and construction phases.</li><li>Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and decision‑making.</li><li>Implement technical governance frameworks to monitor project progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum 20 years of professional experience in technical leadership roles within hospitality and mixed‑use developments.</li><li>Proven track record managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, international engineering standards, and hospitality brand technical requirements.</li><li>Experience working with international PMC firms, developers, and engineering consultancies.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMI, RIBA, or equivalent are advantageous.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
