Technical (Design) Manager

Joining this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark development that will redefine urban mobility in the capital.ResponsibilitiesManage the design team in developing road and bridge designs, utilizing advanced software tools to ensure precision and compliance with engineering standards.Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, ensuring that all project specifications and regulatory requirements are met before submission.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality output.Manage project timelines and budgets, utilizing project management tools to track progress and ensure on-time delivery of design milestones.Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations during the design process, promoting sustainable practices in all projects.Facilitate communication between various departments, including construction and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any design-related issues.SkillsQualifications & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 20+ years experience at infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, highways.Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Technical Manager.Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.Skills & CompetenciesLanguages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Software: Proficiency in Autocad, Autodesk Civil 3D.
