Technical Design Manager

Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven<b>Technical Design Manager</b>to lead and coordinate technical and design activities for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.</li><li>20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Manager, overseeing technical teams and deliverables on complex infrastructure works.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D.</li><li>Experience in BIM methodologies and applications.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the design team in developing road and bridge designs, utilizing advanced software tools to ensure precision and compliance with engineering standards.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, ensuring that all project specifications and regulatory requirements are met before submission.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.</li><li>Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality output.</li><li>Manage project timelines and budgets, utilizing project management tools to track progress and ensure on-time delivery of design milestones.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations during the design process, promoting sustainable practices in all projects.</li><li>Facilitate communication between various departments, including construction and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any design-related issues.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
