Technical Design Manager

ELE Design Services is looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead our Technical Design Department and drive the delivery of technically robust execution‑ready designs for high‑end globally recognised projects.This is a senior hands‑on role overseeing the full technical design lifecycle from project kick‑off through execution, working closely with designers, studio leadership, contractors, consultants and clients.Job DescriptionLead and manage the technical design process across multiple high‑end projectsReview and approve technical drawings, shop drawings and joinery detailsEnsure all designs are technically accurate, feasible and compliant with UAE regulationsIdentify and resolve technical risks related to feasibility, budget approvals and timelinesManage tender documentation, BOQ reviews, RFIs and contractor coordinationAttend site meetings, conduct site inspections and resolve on‑site technical challengesBuild strong trusted relationships with clients, contractors and consultantsLead, mentor and develop the Technical Design teamRequirementsProven experience in technical design management (fit‑out architecture or interior projects)Background in high‑end residential, hospitality, commercial or large‑scale projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials and UAE building regulationsHigh proficiency in AutoCAD and project coordination toolsStrong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skillsHighly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable working under pressureBenefitsValid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicleMonthly petrol allowanceAbility to attend regular site visits and client meetingsRequired SkillsValid UAE driving license and vehicle to use for work, Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, highly organized, business/entrepreneurial attitude – with luxury experience is a must, excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, design team, management and contractors/suppliers, proficient in project management software, Excel, AutoCAD and Plan Swift.#J-18808-Ljbffr
