The role ensures alignment between architectural intent, multidisciplinary coordination, authority requirements, and construction execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate architectural design and technical drawings across all project stagesEnsure integration of architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplinesReview and manage architectural shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and method statementsEnsure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and project specificationsCoordinate with local authorities for submissions, approvals, and design clarificationsIdentify and resolve design conflicts and constructability issuesSupport the Project Manager in technical planning and progress monitoringConduct internal quality reviews and ensure adherence to company QA/QC standardsProvide technical guidance to architects and draftsmenQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture.12+ years of professional experience with contracting and PMCStrong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and construction practicesProficient in AutoCAD and architectural detailingExcellent coordination and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
