For our office in Dubai, we are looking for a Technical Coordinator with solid experience in rail infrastructure projects.Position: Technical Coordinator (100% – m/f)Country: United Arab Emirates (Dubai) – requires regular travel to JordanWe offer a role within a dynamic team, focusing on rail project coordination across Dubai and Jordan.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate technical inputs and design deliverables across disciplines (civil, structural, systems, MEP, etc.) for rail infrastructure projects.Act as the main liaison between Dubai and Jordan-based teams, facilitating communication, progress tracking, and technical integration.Support project managers in aligning design submissions with contract requirements, timelines, and quality benchmarks.Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, technical submittals, and design reports.Identify and resolve technical conflicts, interface issues, and coordination gaps in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regional authority standards (e.g., RTA, MoT) and international rail design standards (e.g., AREMA, BS, UIC, EN).Participate in design review meetings, client workshops, and coordination sessions across both UAE and Jordan-based projects.Track technical risks, contribute to mitigation strategies, and maintain documentation of decisions and changes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical discipline (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with strong exposure to rail projects.Proven ability to coordinate between multi-office teams and manage interfaces across international locations.Familiarity with railway systems integration, alignment design, stations, and associated infrastructure.Working knowledge of design standards and authority guidelines relevant to rail in the region.Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.Willingness to travel frequently between Dubai and Jordan as per project needs.We OfferOpportunity to collaborate with a forward‑thinking, synergistic, and innovative team.Exposure to cutting‑edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development.Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations.Sector: Construction/Civil EngineeringRole: OtherJob type: Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
