<div><p>Act as Technical Authority with corporate accountability for technical delivery across Marine and Utility Systems disciplines. Support Director - EPC Engineering (Hull&Marine) on strategy stewardship on capability development, sustainment and industry engagements.</p><h3>Day‑to‑day operations</h3><ul><li>Manage technical stewardship and due‑diligence of project deliverables for Marine and Utility systems disciplines and interface with counterparts across Floater and Topside Facilities disciplines.</li><li>Provide support to EPC functional and business leadership on market developments, competitor assessment, corporate business strategy developments.</li><li>Support leadership team on career path development and sustainment for discipline members on functional and project delivery roles.</li><li>Ownership on specific Management of Change procedures for respective disciplines on large capital projects.</li><li>Steward quality assurance and Management of Change procedures on Marine and Utility systems disciplines.</li><li>Extensive experience and solid technical knowledge in both conceptual and detailed design of marine systems on floating units (FSO, FPSO, drilling units, semi‑submersibles) for the oil and gas industry;</li><li>Preferred experience in engineering, design, and/or operation of FSRUs and LNG vessels;</li><li>Preparing marine systems documentation: Material Take‑offs, equipment datasheets, Smart PFDs / P&IDs, machinery arrangement and layouts for various offshore units, technical specifications;</li><li>Performing calculations: heat and mass balance, pressure drop, offloading simulations for production and storage units;</li><li>Strong technical background in piping, HVAC, hydraulics, equipment, and marine systems integration;</li><li>Preferred professional experience in shipyards across commissioning and completion phases of shipbuilding / offshore construction projects, vessel operations, and collaboration with marine equipment suppliers;</li><li>Good understanding of industry best practices and norms for marine standards, safety regulations.</li><li>Experience in organising discipline readiness for HAZID, HAZOP, SIF, LOPA, SIL reports, etc.</li></ul><h3>CAE Skills</h3><ul><li>Working experience with Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive and Office suite.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with 2D drafting tools such as AutoCAD or similar, 3D modelling environment such as AVEVA E3D or similar, NURBS modelling tools such as Rhinoceros 3D or similar.</li><li>Experience in using design and review tools (e.g., Navisworks), flow simulation software (e.g., Pipenet, Flowmaster).</li><li>Preferable to have experience with developing workflow automation tools using Excel VBA Macros / Python or equivalent scripting frameworks.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Ocean / Offshore Engineering (or) Naval Architecture (or)</p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Ocean / Offshore Engineering (or) Naval Architecture (or)</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>Minimum cumulative experience 10+ years of experience as Principal Engineer in two or more of the following industry players:</p><p>(1) Tier – I EPCIC Turnkey Services and Contractor Organisations as Principal and Subject Matter Expert roles.</p><p>(2) Specialists’ offshore floater / subsea engineering service providers with track record on floater / mooring system concept definition to construction follow up / handover phase ownership.</p><p>(3) Offshore Production Units Lease-Own-Operate organisations.</p><p>Functional membership in industrial networks such as OMAE / ISOPE / OTC / SPE committees and organizations.</p><p>Strong network with OEMs and engineering service industry.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
