Using creative design processes, we conceive and implement enterprise solutions that elevate investments, engage people and improve experiences for institutions, corporations and government.The PositionWe are looking for highly motivated applicants to be involved in the delivery of a key regional project. Working closely with our Strategy+, this individual will be responsible for the following:Management of aspects of a large key regional enterprise transformation project encompassing multiple client partners.Excellence in client relationship management. Including the demonstrated ability to guide, lead, communicate and create consensus across a diverse variety of client based and internal stakeholders.Excellence in the collaborative development and delivery of multidisciplinary based enterprise solutions.Awareness of all Strategy+ and Advisory service offerings and ability to communicate their valueDesirable ExpertiseCandidates will be expected to possess deep expertise in more than one of the following areas:Business strategy, business analytics and economicsOperations and process planningTechnology systems development and integrationReal estate strategy, facilities management, capital planningProgram managementCommunication strategy, branding, marketing, user experienceCreating and delivering change management strategies, human resources and organizational development plansExpertise in user research, design managementTechnical SkillsCandidates will be expected to possess skills in one or more of the following:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI data manipulation and analyticsWeb based data analytics, visualization and presentation softwareProject management, project work planning, scheduling and resource deploymentRevit, GIS and/or other space planning / design systemsCulture and PersonalityCandidates will be expected to possess as many of these attributes as possible:Highly collaborative, highly communicative and highly creativeExcellent oral, written and visual communication skillsProcess oriented and situational.
