The role involves translating technical findings into structured risk ratings for executive‑level decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesApply Technical Risk Scoring Matrix methodologyAssess operational reliability and historical outage recordsReview environmental permits and grid interconnection complianceEvaluate data quality and identify risksProvide structured risk rating (Low/Medium/High)Contribute to Executive Summary and Board BriefRequirementsEngineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)7+ years’ experience in asset assessment or technical due diligenceFamiliarity with UAE industrial regulatory frameworksStrong analytical and documentation skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in M&A technical advisoryUnderstanding of WHR systems and cement industry operationsAbility to present findings to senior stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
