<div><p>Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi Group of Companies, recognized for excellence in large-scale construction projects and integrated infrastructure services across the Kingdom.</p><p>As a Technical Architecture Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all architectural design aspects of real estate development projects from concept design through detailed design and IFC documentation. The role ensures that architectural solutions are innovative, compliant with Saudi regulations and international standards, and aligned with the project’s cost, quality, sustainability, and market positioning objectives. The Technical Architecture Manager acts as the client representative, coordinating design consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure the proper integration of architectural design within the overall project development.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><p>The position involves:</p><ul><li>Lead the architectural design direction for mixed-use, residential, commercial, and office developments.</li><li>Translate development briefs into clear and actionable architectural design requirements.</li><li>Ensure alignment between design vision, financial feasibility, and market positioning.</li><li>Review and approve architectural deliverables across all stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC drawings).</li><li>Manage and supervise external architectural consultants and review their submissions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project brief, cost plans, timelines, and quality standards.</li><li>Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.</li><li>Evaluate design variations and participate in value engineering initiatives.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), MOMRA regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and municipality regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with government authorities to obtain necessary design approvals and permits.</li><li>Review technical specifications, material selections, and ensure constructability.</li><li>Conduct design audits and quality reviews to maintain high standards.</li><li>Integrate sustainability principles into design where applicable.</li><li>Collaborate with cost consultants to ensure alignment with project budget and cost efficiency.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the cost impact of design changes.</li><li>Support the marketing team with architectural materials such as layouts, renders, and presentations when required.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</h3><p>We are Looking for:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or sustainability certifications are an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 10–12 years of experience in architectural design.</li><li>At least 5 years in a leadership role within real estate development or consultancy.</li><li>Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.</li><li>Strong familiarity with Saudi regulatory approval processes.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
