Job Description As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team, both in-house and with vendors, to deliver high-quality Java/J2EE enterprise solutions. You should have hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions in various environments. - Work with the in-house/vendor technology team - Implement, develop, code, and deploy business requirements in Java/J2EE - Conduct proof of concepts (POC) to validate solutions - Create unit test cases - Perform performance, load, and security tests for critical solutions - Own and coordinate the System/UAT - Collaborate with the Technical Analyst, development team, BA's, and vendors for technical support You should possess the following skills and attributes: - Good hands-on experience in developing Java/J2EE based enterprise solutions - Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Expertise in Full Stack Java development using frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle, RBDMS/No-SOL databases - Familiarity with frontend technologies like ReactJS or Angular 2+ - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies - Hands-on experience with airline software solutions is a plus Qualifications: - Minimum 6+ years of Java/J2EE development experience in the IT-Airline Industry - BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent Degree - Graduate from a recognized university Location: Gurgaon (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.)
