Join us and become part of a team that bridges vision with execution, powering the delivery of Dubai’s next generation of iconic developments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through construction.Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.Resolve technical issues that arise during design development and construction phases.Oversee design quality, materials, and construction detailing to meet project requirements.Assist in value engineering and feasibility studies when required.Requirements:Minimum 7-10 years of architectural experience, specifically in the UAE.Strong exposure to residential and high-rise building projects.Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.Strong communication and coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
