To provide expert technical know-how on all technical and quality improvement matters to ensure that the technical excellence provide a competitive edge to the company and supports in meeting its commercial objectivesResponsibilitiesFunctional Roles and ResponsibilitiesExamine the quality of the workmanship to ensure that it conform to the “ Fix it right First time” approach so as to enhance the confidence of the customers in the workshop and maintain continuity of customer loyalty.Keep abreast of the new technological development/invention in the automobile industry in general or any new technological advancement in the franchise handled by the company in particular to incorporate them in workshop quality system to improve efficiency/quality.Support the technicians in handling the customer complaints; advise them on better option for carrying out repair using advance technical information so as to improve quality of complaints resolution and win customer satisfaction. .Identify the product defect ,prepares product concern summary and raises the product defect report for the principals perusal and follow up with them to ensure rectification of such defects in future production./modelMaintain in systematic order the technical library consisting of bulletin from principals technical guides, magazines etc so that it can be referred to, for understanding/solving a technical problem as and when required.People Management Roles and ResponsibilitiesGuide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level rolesEducation/Certification and Continued EducationDiploma in Automobile EngineeringYears of Experience2-3 years of experience in the same disciplineKnowledge and SkillsIntermediate with a Trade Certificate In Automobile Technology ExperienceAbility to operate Computer Software Like MS officeAbility to work in multinational environment, ability to build a team etc#J-18808-Ljbffr
