Job Description Role Overview: As an experienced professional individual contributor in the Medical Device Field Service, you will work under limited supervision and apply subject matter knowledge in this specific area. Your role will involve using your skills and knowledge to meet the specific needs and requirements of the job. Key Responsibilities: - Possess well-developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products according to customer specifications. - Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions in line with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for a coordinated product solution. - Evaluate product needs based on customer specifications. - Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives. - Serve as the local on-site representative for the customer's organization. Qualification Required: - Associates Degree (minimum 13 years of education). - Minimum 1 year of experience/background in a related field.
